Children's Introduction Course
Use scientific, systematic, comprehensive, ethnic, contemporary, enjoyable and practical teaching materials that have strong training value for students. "Interest is the best teacher", the enjoyable and interesting nature of the curriculum is the most attractive to young children, because only when it is interesting will they love it and be happy to attend classes. For courses for young children, each combination can tell a small story, and students can learn by reciting, singing, and dancing in the form of nursery rhymes. This way, children can learn in a fun and happy way. 选用科学性、系统性、全面性、民族性、时代性、愉悦性及应用性，对学生有很强的训练价值的教材。“兴趣是最好的老师”，课程的愉悦性和趣味性是最吸引幼儿以及儿童的，因为有趣才会让他们喜爱，才会让他们高兴的来上课。对于幼儿及儿童的课程，每一个组合都可以讲一个小故事，以儿歌的形式学生边说、边唱、边舞，这样就可以让孩子在有趣和快乐中得以学习。
Ballet Basic Training
The training of ballet basic skills is achieved through a series of scientific and progressive methods to shape the body and improve inner and outer temperament. In a complete class, we mainly train the important elements of ballet, such as "open, stretch, straighten, stand, and extend", and use combinations to practice barre and center rotations and jumps, which improves muscle strength and elongates the overall muscle line. Through gradual training, students' basic skills are standardized. 芭蕾舞基本功训练是通过一系列科学的、循序渐进的方法达到塑身和 提高内外气质的效果。在完整的一堂课中，我们主要训练“开、绷、 直、立、舒展”的芭蕾舞重要元素，以组合形式来进行把杆及中间旋 转跳跃动作，提高肌肉能力，拉长整体肌肉线条，循序渐进的训练让学生的基本功规范。
Technique and Skill Course
Dance movements are the carrier of physical fitness training, and only through various movement training can dancers acquire various abilities needed. Technique and skill training trains various aspects of the body, such as flexibility, agility, strength, speed, explosiveness, etc., improving the ability of muscles in different parts of the body, as well as flexibility and stability. Technique and skill include the classical dance technique movements such as "jumping and turning" and "carpet training". The technique and skill course can freely apply the body shape to artistic creation, promote the dancer's mastery of more skills, and cultivate unique skills, allowing students to have sufficient advantages in the competition process! 舞蹈动作是身体素质训练的载体，只有经过各种动作的训练才能获得舞者所需要的各种能力。技术技巧是训练人体的柔软、灵敏、⼒量、速度、爆发力等诸 多⽅⾯，提高身体各部分肌肉的能力，灵活性和稳定性。技术 技巧包含古典舞“跳转翻”等舞姿性技巧动作以及“毯子功”训练。 技术技巧课程可以⾃如地运⽤形体进⾏艺术创作，促进舞者对 更多技巧的掌握及培养独特的拿手技巧，让学员在比赛过程中 能够有足够的优势更胜一筹！
Dance Work Competition Team
After systematic and standardized dance training, students who pass the school's selection process can join the dance competition team. The school will customize group dances, solo dances, duets, trios, and other dance works for students to participate in competitions. Participating in competitions can provide students with a goal to strive for, increase their knowledge of dance, boost their confidence, provide a platform to showcase their skills, broaden their horizons, and give them opportunities to learn from and exchange with others. 在经过系统规范的舞蹈训练后，经过学校的选拔可进入比赛班，学校将对为学生定制群舞及独舞，双人舞三人舞，等舞蹈作品，参加比赛。参加比赛能让学生有奋斗目标，增加学习舞蹈知识，增强自信心，能给学生提供展示平台，开阔学生视野，得到互相学习的交流机会。
Chinese Classical Dance
The basic movements of Chinese dance have distinct Chinese characteristics and are rooted in the profound cultural heritage of the Chinese nation. The basic training of Chinese classical dance has the physical characteristics of "upright, twist, lean, round, and curved," the quality ability of "flash, exhibit, soar, and move," the dynamic law of "combining rigidity with softness," and the movement essence of "form, spirit, strength, and rhythm." Its content is specifically manifested through the cultivation of various aspects such as physical fitness training, technical skills, style rhythm, and artistic expression, in order to achieve the training quality and basic norms required for a Chinese classical dance student and to lay a solid foundation for dance performance. 中国舞的基本动作有着鲜明的中国特色，积淀着中华民族悠久深厚的文化底蕴。中国古典舞基本功训练具备“直立、拧、倾、圆、曲”的体态特 征，“闪、展、腾、挪”的素质能力，“刚柔并济”的动势规律律， “形神劲律”的动作精髓。其内容具体表现为，通过对学员进行 身体素质强化训练、技术技巧、风格韵律以及艺术表现⼒等多 ⽅⾯内容的培养，以达到⼀名中国古典舞学员所必须具备的训 练素质和基础规范，为舞蹈表演打下良好的基础。
Chinese Ethnic and Folk Dance
China is a country with a diverse ethnic culture, and the basic movements of ethnic folk dances are like symbols of each ethnic group, representing their unique styles. Chinese ethnic folk dances have prominent folk characteristics and strong appeal. They have distinct regional colors, rich flavors, vivid images, and diverse forms of expression. The teaching content includes dances from various ethnic groups such as Tibetan, Mongolian, Uyghur, Korean, and Dai. 中国是一个有着多民族文化的国家，民族民间舞蹈的基本动作如同是一个民族的符号，他代表了各民族独特的风格。中国民族民间舞具有突出的民俗特征和较强的趣味性，它地域色彩分 明、风味浓郁、形象生动、表现形式多样。授课内容包括藏、蒙、维、 朝、傣等各民族舞蹈。
Contemporary & Lyrical Dance
Contemporary Dance draws inspiration from classical ballet, modern dance, and jazz, ultimately becoming a hybrid form. Due to the technical similarities, contemporary dance is often closely associated with modern dance, classical ballet, and other classical music and dance styles. Lyrical Dance is a dance style that embodies various aspects of ballet, jazz, acrobatics, and modern dance. "It is closely related to clear emotional expression, fast-moving choreographic strategies, emphasis on artistic expression, lyric illustrations, and precise and coordinated performance in a group." Lyrical dance is a common category in dance competitions. Contemporary Dance 借鉴于古典芭蕾、现代舞和爵士舞，当代舞最终成为了一种混合元素。由于技巧上存在相似性，当代舞经常与现代舞、古典芭蕾和其他古典音乐舞蹈风格存在紧密联系。 Lyrical Dance 抒情舞是一种舞蹈风格，体现了芭蕾舞、爵士舞、杂技和现代舞的各个方面抒情舞蹈“与清晰表达的情绪、快速移动的编舞策略、强调艺术表现、歌词插图以及以团体形式精确齐奏密切相关。“抒情舞蹈是舞蹈比赛中常见的一个类别。
APAPA–USA Ballet Program
The APAPA–USA Ballet Program offers a structured, level-based curriculum designed for students passionate about classical dance. The training covers fundamentals, technique, combinations, variations, and physical conditioning—supporting well-rounded development in technical skill, body control, and stage performance. APAPA- USA 芭蕾项目为热爱古典舞的学生提供结构化、分级的课程。训练涵盖基础、技巧、组合、变奏和体能训练，旨在全面发展学生的技术技能、身体控制能力和舞台表演能力。
